Overview
Support Reps can view a list of recent documents in the Recent items drop down section.Accessing Recent Documents
To access Recent Documents, navigate to the main toolbar at the top of the screen, and select the Recent Items icon, as shown below:Then scroll to the bottom of the list until you see the Recent Documents section. When you click on a document in the list, it will immediately download to your local computer drive.
Pin and Unpin Documents
Pin Documents
In the Recent Documents drop-down list, you can select which request you would like to add to your Pinned Documents List, by selecting the pin icon as highlighted below:Alternatively, you can chose to pin the document from the document toolbar, in the service request itself.
Once you have pinned the document, it will appear in the Pinned Items drop-down list on the main toolbar at the top of the screen.
Pinning a document will visually mark that request with a green thumbtack icon. Documents that are pinned will appear at the top of the Recent Documents List regardless of when it was updated.
Unpin Recent Requests
To unpin recent documents, navigate to the Pinned Items and click on the pin icon to the right of the request title.You can also select Unpin from the Document tab of a Service Request. by selecting the unpin icon from the documents toolbar as shown below:
Zooming Functionality
On the upper left corner, of the document preview window, there is a zoom in and out slider control. Press the “R” button below the slider to reset the view to the default zoom level.
