Overview
Support Reps can view a list of requests they have viewed or updated recently in the Recent Requests drop-down list. This list will display the most recently updated requests.Accessing Recent Requests
To access Recent Requests, navigate to the main toolbar at the top of the screen, and select the Recent Items icon, as circled below:
When you click on the request title in the list, the activity stream for the request will appear.
Pin and Unpin Recent Requests
Pin Recent Requests
In the Recent Request drop-down list, you can select which request you would like to add to your Pinned Request List, by selecting the pin icon as highlighted below:
Alternatively, you can chose to pin the recent request after you have clicked on it, in the request window itself.
Once you have pinned the request, it will appear in the Pinned Items drop-down list on the main toolbar at the top of the screen.
Unpin Recent Requests
To unpin recent requests, navigate to the Pinned Items and click on the pin icon to the right of the request title.You can also click on the request from the list, and unpin it from the request window as shown below:
Multiple requests can be pinned to designate priority over other requests, or keep tabs on a request that needs to be updated immediately.
Pinning a request will visually mark that request with a green thumbtack icon. Requests that are pinned will appear at the top of the Request List pane regardless of when it was updated.
Pin and unpin Requests from My Workspace
Requests can be pinned and unpinned from this listing, or also by clicking on a request from the Workspace listing, and selecting the pin option in the My Workspace toolbar.If an item is Pinned, and subsequently Unpinned, then it will be placed at the top of the Unpinned items listing.
Remove From List
Remove the request from the listing. It will not reappear again unless updated by the User. Pinned items that are Unpinned will be moved to the top of the Unpinned Recent Requests listing.
