Overview

The Licensed User Options section allows users with Administrator privileges to update the following features and options in the End-User and Support Portal for ServicePRO Web, including Home Page Widgets and visible categories in the Service Catalog Widget.

Accessing Portal Designer - Fast Mode Option

This feature can be accessed by selecting Portal Designer under the Setup tab from the left -hand side main menu, then selecting Fast Mode.

From this tab, administrators can enable or disable the visibility of the Fast Mode menu option seen on the left side main menu.
