    • Microsoft turned off Basic Authentication in Exchange online beginning October 1st, 2022. Microsoft turned off Basic Authentication for the following protocols: MAPI, RPC, Offline Address Book (OAB), Exchange Web Services (EWS), IMAP, Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) and Remote PowerShell.

ServicePRO is a web application that can be run from web browsers on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. It’s a single web application for both privileged users’ access and end users’ access.

To use the functionalities listed below in ServicePRO, please run ServicePRO on a device with a higher screen resolution/browser size (1024X768 or higher):

ServicePRO version 14.3.1.x onwards does not have an app in the stores. However, you can install it as an app after browsing to your ServicePRO Application URL in a supported browser.
